Frequently Asked Questions
Can non-members use the meeting space?
When can I access the building?
Can I access the meeting rooms, without reservation, if they are empty? Does this count against my Reservation hours?
If a meeting room does not have a standing reservation, members are welcome to use it, but have to evacuate the room prior to the next reservation time. Using a meeting room in this instance would not count against your total monthly reservation hours.
Can I Bring In Food Or Drinks?
Do you have a limited quantity of memberships available?
There is a maximum number of members that we allow per location in order to ensure that space is available to reserve when you need it. Once the maximum number of members is reached, you can be put on a waiting list to take the next available membership when it becomes available.
Do I need to be a member of World Headquarters in order for my child to use Kids HQ or Student HQ?
No, your child can have a membership at Kids HQ or Student HQ that is specific to them. While the permission of a parent or guardian is required to enroll a child, the parent or guardian do not need to be member’s themselves.
